If you have anything on those cards, check the files on the card and make sure that it only has video or image files. Not text files etc. All you can do is to reinsert the card into your computer, copy the images to your computer to save them, eject the card (right click the card icon, select "eject" from the drop down menu and wait for the icon to vanish).
