Well crap, my Fenix 7S was running so smoothly. I was using it at night for sleep, all day and workouts with music from my watch. I got at least 3-4 days use with the battery, now with the new 10x software update, I used it for sleep data snd wore it today, no workout or anything, and I hit a message did I want to put it in low battery mode.
I've seen lots of posts on battery drain, and given them a cursory look but have always been happy with the life on my Fenix 6X Sapphire. Until now. I don't know what's changed in the last couple of weeks, but it's getting absolutely ridiculous now. The original battery monitor app I was using had me at 0.7%/hour, which is a 6 day battery life
Same issue here on 8.40 on 5+ titanium. Did a 35 min run yesterday and after run stop the battery drain was 1.4%/hr. It has taken 24 hours for it to come down to 0.35%/hr. It still has not reached its normal value of ~0.27%/hr. Prior to 8.4 the variation was between 0.19%/hr to ~0.4%/hr.
Have exactly the same issue. Battery time is about 30% of what was before the automatic update to 23.00. Never had the issue before, including with the recent versions that 23.00 supposedly fixes. At this point after two hour activity with GPS drains it from 95% of the battery left to ~5% left.
Tactix 7 pro battery drain 10.44 / 10.46. Kvu 10 months ago. Hello all, with my settings I see 31 days on Tactix 7 Pro when charged to 100%, but the battery drain in smart watch mode is about 6-7%/day, which is ~16 days. Hard reset did not help. Is this a known common issue on tactix 7 or is there a solution?
I have garmin foot pod as well as garmin HR monitor. My phone has ANT connection so both foot pod and HR works in zwift (I prefer HR strap more than broadcast HR from forerunner watch). It drain the phone battery quite fast . you need to keep the phone screen on all the time otherwise I found it 'pause" even you are still moving.

I have found if WiFi is switched on on my Fenix 6x Sapphire the battery drains from 100% to nil in about 24-36 hours depending on activity. It also freezes regularly. Switch WiFi off and I get 3 weeks and never freezes. Garmin are supposedly looking into it as have said they have not had this before.
